We're here to give you the perfect fit and to help you reach your goals.

If you've got the body you're looking for, we're here to help you with every aspect of your training, whether it's strength training, cardiovascular training, or something else. If you need some outside help, or want us to give you a hand before, during or after your session, we can do that too In the end, it's whatever makes you happy. So what do you want, and how much will it cost?

We can tailor the sessions to suit you. For instance, if you want a session to build on your flexibility, we can do that. If you want to build on your strength, we can help you with that. We can do it all. Either by setting you up for a session, or by working with you to find your specific strengths and weaknesses and then we can work on those strengths too. We'll help you put the right workouts together so you can hit your goals. When you leave us, you'll be able to exercise as much as you want. We don't just do strength training.

outside help

We can do cardiovascular training or some of the things that you can do with a cycling class. Your gym in an hour A gym membership in an hour is like having a whole day for yourself. You'll never have to go home and leave your gym session to look after the kids. It's the whole package - with the gym, with the equipment, with the trainer, with the group classes, and everything. A gym membership gives you everything you need to have a gym session. The trainer will work with you to design your jump rope workout programs.
